Booking - Frequently Asked Questions
What age is a child?
A child must be under the age of 12 on the return journey to qualify for a child discount.
What age is an infant?
An infant must be under the age of 2 on the return journey to qualify for an infant fare.
How can I pay and when will my balance be due?
By debit or credit card over the phone. If sending a cheque, the holiday cannot be booked until the cheque arrives. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure. Please note that balances paid by credit card are subject to a surcharge of 2.0%.
I have satellite TV in the villa - what channels does that include?
It will be local satellite in the country that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available - please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.
Are linen and towels provided in the villa?
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool and at the beach.
Is there maid service?
Yes - usually three times a week.
Are transfers provided?
We can arrange transfers. Please ask when making your booking. However this is a chargeable extra.
Can we go into the villa before 2:30pm on arrival?
The official time for entry to your villa is 2.30pm. If you arrive before, you are welcome to use the outside facilities, e.g. pool and sun beds, but will not be able to get into the villa until it has been cleaned. Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 10.00am so no entry to the villa or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time.
Can we stay in the villa later than the confirmed vacating time of 10:00am?
This is not possible, as the villa will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However if you have very special requirements for needing to stay in the villa after 10.00am then please ask your representative once in resort.
How many different people can drive a hire car?
Two drivers are allowed. If you require additional drivers the names can be added and insurance charged as an extra cost once in resort.
When will I receive my tickets and travel documents?
These will be posted to you approximately 10-14 days prior to your departure.
Where do I pick up my villa keys?
Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you with your travel documents 10-14 days before departure. Collection points do vary depending on the resort and villa you are travelling to.
Will a Premier Villas representative meet us at the airport in resort?
No. Your representative will however visit you within the first few days of your holiday.
What are the passport and driving license requirements abroad?
All passengers must carry a valid 10 year passport with at least 6 months left before the expiry date. Standard UK driving licenses are fine. You do not have to have the new type with photo ID. Certain passengers who do not carry a UK passport may require visas. Please refer to the passport office for correct information.
Is there an iron and ironing board at the villa?
Generally all villas have an iron and ironing board.
What is the size of the pool?
Most of the pools at our private villas are approximately 8x4 meters; however some are smaller please check at the time of booking if this is important to you.
Do the villas have safes?
Some villas do have safes. Please ask at the time of booking if you require this information.
