This is an imposing luxury villa in about an acre of grounds located on the deluxe resort of Quinta do Lago close to the excellent golf courses, shopping facilities and restaurants.
Quinta do Lago is set amidst two thousand acres of rolling hills and pine woodlands, and offers sunshine, peace and seclusion. It is known to be the most exclusive residential area in the Algarve, and offers three of the finest golf courses in Europe. If golf is not on your agenda, you can enjoy horse riding, tennis, squash, clay pigeon shooting, deep-sea fishing, and a wealth of water sports available on the Quinta do Lago lake beach which is only about 1000 metres from the villa. There are also numerous restaurants and an array of nightlife to be found in the area.
Villa Roma is well positioned about a mile from the beach, close to the Quinta do Lago lake, about a mile from the golf courses, restaurants and the Quinta shopping complex. There is also a riding school close to the property.
The accommodation is on two floors as follows:
Ground floor:
- Three twin bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and garden or terrace access.
- Double bedroom with en/suite facilities and terrace access.
- Spacious and bright living area with French doors to the pool and sun terraces.
- TV "nook" plus large selection of board games.
- Dining area with access to the shaded exterior dining area.
- Fitted kitchen including American fridge with ice machine, separate oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Laundry area with washing machine and a tumble dryer plus additional fridge/freezer
First floor:
- Master suite with private sitting room with television, double bed, en-suite bathroom and extensive terrace.
Outside
- The villa is set in about an acre of very private landscaped gardens with large terraces, both shaded and for sunbathing. There is a dedicated shaded dining area adjacent to both the kitchen and dining room which is ideal for a leisurely breakfast or barbecued lunch or dinner.
All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 2:30pm on your arrival day (Thursday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Thursday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.
