Raposeiras 18 is located in the popular development of Quinta das Raposeiras an established residential community in the foothills above Faro with panoramic views across the beautiful countryside to the Atlantic Ocean. In the centre of the charming triangle of Estoi, Sao Bras and Santa Barbera da Nexe yet only 20 minutes drive from Faro airport; its delightful scenery and surroundings are very special. This unique location offers the opportunity to enjoy a rural idyll but with easy access to the coastal resorts and golf courses of the Algarve. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil - a delightful setting for your holiday. Tennis courts for the use of residents on the development, cafe, restaurant and mini market are all nearby. The villa is approximately 5 Kilometres outside the popular village of Santa Barbara de Nexe where you will find a selection of restaurants, a post office and mini super market. A further 10 minute drive takes you to the popular bustling market town of Loule an historic town full of character, with a famous market and plenty of restaurants. The villa has an excellent central location with Faro airport only 20 minutes away, and the magnificent golf courses and beaches at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are only about a 20 minutes drive.
The Accommodation is on two floors as follows
Ground floor
- Living and dining area with stunning views to the Atlantic Ocean with pool terrace access, Plasma TV, Bose music system and DVD
- Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. (At the moment we do not have photographs of this room.)

- Double bedroom with doors to the terraces and en-suite bath and shower room

- Large country kitchen with island electric hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer with Ice machine and access to the barbecue area
Lower ground floor
- Second sitting area with DVD player, Playstation and table football plus a sofa bed

- The villa has a secure garden with a large lawn and children's swing and slide
- The large pool has a saltwater filtration system, and has an automatic cover which combined with the pool heater makes this property an ideal choice for Spring and Autumn holidays
- Outside the villa are shaded sitting areas, with a barbecue area (gas BBQ), and a shaded dining area
All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 2:30pm on your arrival day (Saturday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Saturday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.
