We are delighted to be able to feature this luxurious penthouse apartment at the exclusive Vila Marachique resort close to the old fishing village of Alvor, an excellent family holiday destination. Alvor itself is two kilometres from the penthouse and here you will find an excellent long sandy beach, a vast choice of restaurants and bars, including traditional Portuguese fish restaurants down by the fishermans beach where you can sample the day's catch.
Vila Marachique is an apartment complex a short distance from the centre of Alvor and just a short drive to the local beaches. The complex has a large communal pool with swim-up bar plus a snack bar. There is also a shallow childrens swimming pool. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with lift access, and enjoys superb sea views out over Alvor and Lagos. There is a spacious exterior terrace with two automatic awnings for shade, a large dining table and both gas and traditional charcoal barbecues. Golf is available very close by at the Alto course.
