Casa Sao Clemente is a superbly equipped and luxurious modern villa, used as the owner's main residence for most of the year. As such the fixtures and fittings and equipment are of the highest standard.Casa Sao Clemente is located in an elevated position with attractive sea views, and is just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Loule, an historic town full of character, with a famous market and plenty of restaurants.The nearest beaches can be found in Faro, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do lago, all about a 15 to 20 minute drive.The excellent golf courses at Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago & Vale do lobo, are all within a short drive.
The villa is very conveniently situated for Faro airport, being no more than a 20 minute journey.This is an excellent villa for people who want a quiet secluded and luxurious holiday, but at the same time are in easy reach of the facilities offered by the Algarve.
The accommodation in the villa is arranged on three levels as follows:
Ground floor
- Guest cloakroom
- Superb modern kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, five burner hob, dishwasher, small fridge in central units, television, "dumb waiter" to lower floor dining room. The kitchen also has direct access to the upper sun terrace and the exterior dining / barbecue room
- "Garden room" open to the poolside areas, with electric shutters to enable the room to be enclosed if required. This room has a bar, an oven, gas barbecue, griddle, sink, ceiling fans and separate WC. This is a marvellous room for enjoying those holiday lunches or dinners or your evening "sundowners"
- Sitting area with music system, and small dining area
- Master suite with King size double bed, sitting area, access to the upper terraces, en-suite shower room with separate WC, dressing area and LCD television

All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 2:30pm on your arrival day (Thursday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Thursday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.
