This is a magnificent newly built villa 800 metres from the centre of Praia da Luz in the western Algarve. Luz and its neighbour Burgau are perfect for those who want a quieter beach holiday, and have a good family appeal, although there is still ample nightlife to keep you busy. You can now be in Luz in about 1 hour from Faro airport owing to the new motorway, and thereafter the whole of the western Algarve is opened to you. Slightly to the east is the city of Lagos, which is full of character and things to see and do. The villa is within a short walk of the supermarket, bars, restaurants and the beach, and as such a car is not essential.
Set on one level, the villa boasts excellent accommodation as follows
- An exceptionally sized living space comprising lounge and dining area, with TV and CD player
