This new and modern villa has been furnished with taste but with comfort in mind for a relaxing holiday. Special facilities have been acquired to add to the comfort of guests. There is air-conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and living rooms, but the units are individually controlled so that they can be used as wished. The lovely swimming pool has a gently sloping beach entrance so helpful for the elderly and the very young and the water is treated with a salt unit so is suitable for those allergic to chlorine. The pool is heated by a heat exchange unit and a childrens safety pool cover is available.
Situated in the grounds of the famous Penina championship golf course close to the 15th hole, the Le Meridien Hotel, Penina Golf Club and tennis courts are only a very short distance away from the villa. The Hotel has bars, restaurants, hairdresser and all the usual Hotel amenities. The nearest fine sandy beaches, Alvor and Tres Irmaos, are about 10 minutes drive to the East, and those of Lagos and Meia Praia about 15 minutes to the West. There is an enormous selection of restaurants within a 10 kilometre radius. Riding, lawn bowls and squash are also nearby. The busy city of Portimao, where you can enjoy the shopping facilities and restaurants is also only a five-minute drive from the villa.
The villa accommodation is arranged as follows:
Ground floor
- Entrance hall with guest cloakroom.
- Large modern kitchen with hob, separate oven and grill, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
- Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room
- Very spacious living and dining room with French windows to the outside pool and dining terraces.
- Television room with LCD television and DVD player.
First floor
- Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.
- Master suite with en-suite shower and walk in wardrobe.
- Both of these rooms share a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
Outside
- Covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. This terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs and tables for relaxing in the shade.
- Built-in barbecue with fitted cupboards, including a small fridge, alongside the swimming pool
- Shower room with basin and toilet
The house is surrounded by a pleasant landscaped garden with a large area of lawn and attractive regional plants and shrubs.
Connection to the internet
The villa is connected to a broadband service through the telephone line. In order to access this it is necessary to install a CD. The extra broadband line charge and use of the CD will be £20 but the deposit for open telephone access will be £400. This must be paid with your final villa rent balance. This service must be booked in advance. The telephone deposit will be cashed and only returned about 2 months after your holiday when the bills for the period of your stay have been received.
All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 2:30pm on your arrival day (Saturday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Saturday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.
