Casa Amendoeira is a delightful two storey villa set in colourful mature gardens high on a ridge to the east of the city of Lagos, with views to the Atlantic. Casa Amendoeira is close to the famous sandy beach of Meia Praia in Lagos, and just a five minute drive from this cosmopolitan and historic city. You can walk to the fabulous Meia Praia beach in about 15 minutes, or drive in less than 5 minutes. For golfers the excellent Palmares golf course is just a short drive. Lagos is one of the most attractive cities in the Algarve, where you can wander the narrow cobbled streets in the old quarter at your leisure and enjoy a drink or a leisurely lunch or dinner at one of the many street cafes. There is a plentiful amount of nightlife comprising bars, clubs and many excellent restaurants. You will have a choice of four large supermarkets for all your shopping needs. To the west of the city, you will find the beaches at Praia D'Ana and Porto Do Mos, both with interesting rock formations and excellent for snorkelling. The Lagos marina is now well established, with a selection of cafes and restaurants, and from here you will also be able to arrange an assortment of cruises, fishing and boat trips.
The accommodation at Casa Amendoeira is on two levels as follows:
Ground Floor
- Lounge and dining room, with French doors to dining terrace with electric awning.
- Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and separate hob, dishwasher.
- Separate laundry area with washing machine.

- Double bedroom with en-suite and terrace.
Lower Floor
- Two twin bedrooms with both with en-suite facilities.
- A double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
- All bedrooms on this floor access to the mid level terrace, with steps down to the pool terrace.
Outside
- Surrounded by landscaped gardens, and has terracing on three levels, namely off the lounge, with a dining area, off the lower villa level, again with a shaded dining area, and then the pool terrace which is gated for child safety.
All prices are per week for the villa only. Villas are booked from 2:30pm on your arrival day (Thursday) to 10:00am on your departure day (the following Thursday). Please note that availability shown is subject to confirmation - please call our reservations team.
